the truth is that i did not knew how to use soybean paste, until yesterday. do you think horseradish powder, or especially the paste made from it, has a strange taste? that it is impossible to eat it? or that maybe also soybean paste (miso) is strange stuff.
i figured out, that if they are mixed together, taste becomes really good. now it can be used as dip for potatoes, excellent taste. the box was in my fridge for months, and i did not know how to use it! also it is true, that after a few months, taste of soy sauce improves. if it is fresh from the shop, sometimes taste can be strange.
